The Town of Rolling Hills accepts on-line and over-the-phone credit card payments for water services and non-utility matters such as court fines and building permits. All cards are accepted. There is a fee for using this service; the fee is determined by the credit card company.
You can make a one-time payment; however, we recommend enrolling in the portal. You will need your WEB ID (found on your water statement). The portal allows you to see your account history from October 2024 forward, including payments. It is also a great way to see and receive important messages from the Town. Within the secure portal, you have the option to store credit card or bank information for future payments. Payments can be made on-line or via telephone.
NOTE: You do not have to make any payments in order to register for the portal. If you prefer to pay with check or cash, that's great! You can still register and utilize the portal to view account history, town messages and even set up reminders to pay your bill on time.
If you are already set up for ACH payments, please do not re-register for this service through the below portal without first contacting the town hall.
